How Does The Program Work?

Participants meet as a fellowship and engage in a structured 12 Step process, focusing on personal growth and healing through faith and community support. ELEEO Recovery Ministries focuses on working a formal Beatitudinal, 12-step program and is open to men aged 18 and older. We are a fellowship from all walks of life and all denominations. We welcome anyone struggling with addiction, mental health issues, or life-controlling behaviors seeking support and spiritual growth. Whether you are just beginning to seek a spiritual life or are a seasoned believer in need of forgiveness, healing and restoration; you are welcome in our fellowship.

How Long Has ELEEO Been Around?

ELEEO was formed in 1987 by Pastor Bill Elam and his wife Pat Elam after being inspired by The Lord to begin a Christ-centered, 12-Step recovery/support group fellowship. ELEEO is a Greek word that means “mercy in action.” The program given to Pastor Bill and his wife Pat emphasizes the Beatitudes (Matthew 5:3-16) as a foundation for true recovery and a guide for Christian living.

What Is Your Faith Statement?

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Is there a cost to join?

There is no mandatory fee to join ELEEO MERCY IN ACTION, but donations are appreciated to help sustain our ministry and support services for participants.
